Tripod Beta visualizes the incident
The analyses is visualized in a Tripod Tree which directly shows the what, how and why. The short term actions to prevent the incident from happening again are visualized. The Tripod Tree also shows the longer term actions that can be taken to prevent not only the occurrence of the evaluated incident, but also a range of incidents that could occur in the (nearby) future. Thereby, the visualization helps to improve the organization.
