Coaching process
The process goes through three TRIPOD analyzes. The progress of this coaching process is tracked and concluded with a certificate.
Kuiper & Burger has a relatively close involvement in the first analysis: present and partial leadership of the session(s) and guidance in the report. The second analysis is done independently, with a review and commentary from Kuiper & Burger. The third analysis is performed independently and assessed for the purpose of the certificate. After this, an annual recap on the analysis is recommended. This can be done individually or in a group.
